Finding the best long lasting pencil eyeliner
I have oily skin, finding an eyeliner pencil that stays put even on the waterline (inner rims) or tightlining (upper rims) of the eyes is something I'm still trying to find that stays put all day. Tried Revlon Colorstay eyeliner they tug on the eye abit and by the end of the day it's practically gone. Tried Urban decay 24/7 eyeliner pencils. They are great and I do love the way they glide on the eye without any tugging. By far they work the best for me, but still by the end of the day it's not as intensifying as when I first apply it. My mission is to try Makeup forever aqua eyes. Hopefully, I find my true love of an eyeliner that stays put all day.

i have mufe aqua pencil in black & over just a couple hrs, the oils from my skin mix w/ the pencil & i end up looking like a racoon. this happens even if i set it w/ black e/s. i heard the ud 24/7 were the best. for frugalistas, the prestige waterproof pencils. the prestige can be found @ riteaid. i heard these things from others & still wanted to try for myself. i was disappointed w/ the mufe aqua eyes pencils. HTH
I've tried mufe aqua eyeliners too, and I find that they smudge like crazy after a couple of hours. I actually like Rimmel Soft Kohl Kajal eye pencils, they last a long time with me, and barely smudge.
1xellus1: All don't tell me that! :) I don't have rite-aids in my area and don't see brand prestige in walgreens or cvs :(
