Instead, swipe a stiff lip brush across the top of your lipstick and carefully paint your lips. After applying, rim the outside border of your mouth with foundation to create a neat, and crisp line for a kissable pout.
Don't play up your eyes. "Pair red lipstick with the lightest possible eye makeup and blush."
Avoid getting lipstick on your teeth. After applying, put your finger in your mouth, purse your lips around it, then slowly pull it out to remove excess color. I know weird but it works. Lol!
